After a mere 18 years, Lorelei, has made their way back into the scene and will be releasing an album called Enterprising Sidewalks, which is scheduled to be released August 14. In the mean time, listen to the first song available from the album below, “Hammer Meets Tongs”.

You’re definitely going to want to listen to this new song from Exray’s upcoming album. If you dig lo-fi pop, then try out “You Can Trust a Robot” by the Exray’s, which was released today. Very mellow, and has a voice that remind me a little of Dave Gahan from Depeche Mode. Snatch up the album June 26.

Come September 18 , Grizzly Bear will release their second album, through Warp Records, which at this time remains unnamed. Pretty amazing stuff here… listen to “Sleeping Ute”, to get the feel Grizzly Bear… and see if they’re coming to a venue near you below…

Almost skipped over this one, and am so glad I didn’t. “Tiptoe Through the True Bits” from Los Campesinos!, is something different I’ve been looking for, with an eclectic mix of sounds through out the song, that you’re definitely not expecting. With a mixture of horns on this track, which by now you should know always catches my attention, and some great back up vocals that gives the song some great harmony. At times it makes you feel as if a complete orchestra is backing them up… have a listen.

Another killer song from the new album which Manifest!, which is out next week 6/5. There’s just something about the retro sound that I’m really digging… maybe it’s that 80′s feel they give it… Check out “Home” by Friends.

So glad to hear more and more of Beck these past couple of months. Both songs that will appear on the single, “I Just Started Hating Some People Today” and “Blue Randy”, have a back-country feel to them, with Beck’s vocals that turn it into his own genre.
