The video shows the man peacefully facing death, as he rows out to sea and crumbles along with what seems to be a larger replica of his wood whittling sculptures. He floats off in a state of tranquility, unknowingly accepting what lies ahead next. Bon Iver has done it once again, and his Grammy winning project is a mere reflection of his ingenuousness work.
