Mumford & Sons – Whispers In The Dark

The new single from a band that I find hard for anyone to not love. Im really digging this folk/americana music movement as long as it stays pure but we all know how that goes. Either way Im still enjoying it for now, good work guys.

The Deer Tracks – Divine Light

an interesting futuristic sounding electronic pop song with a video that could bring the epileptic out in just about anyone, I found the whole thing extremely mesmerizing to say the least. Devine Light is from their new album “The Archer Trilogy: PT.3″ which is available now. Take a second and make your own opinion.

Wavves – Demon To Lean On

My hate for tow trucks and love for “Lord of the Flies” have both been realized in one strange video by Wavves. To be quite honest I haven’t been a huge fan of the surf rock movement but there are a couple bands that I still enjoy and these guys hold one of those positions. This new video is from their album “Afraid of Heights” that’s coming out March 26th 2013. FYI But more of a private note, I actually saw them play in a small bar in Visalia, Ca and Foster The People opened for them before their climb to fame, it was a great show.

Afraid of Heights Due Out March 26th

Kodaline – High Hopes

This band recently caught my attention with the song “Love Like This” which I have only been able to find versions filmed on phones with obvious quality issues, so I give you the second best thing. A great video and song by Kodaline from their EP “High Hopes” coming out on March 17th 2013. Their full album “A Perfect World” is due out June 10th 2013. Ill keep an eye out for that other video and post it as soon as I find it. FYI This great rock quartet is based out of Dublin Ireland.

Ben Howard – Call Me Maybe(cover)

Man, the most beautiful cover of Call Me Maybe, it gives me goosebumps when I listen to it. Probably one of the best covers of any song that Ive heard. Check out his album “Every Kingdom” or his newest EP “The Burgh Island”, you might just like them. FYI Ben started writing songs when he was eleven in England where he grew up and still resides today. His album was also nominated for the Mercury Prize this last year. Enjoy!
