Have listened to a few snippets of some of the songs from No Doubt‘s upcoming album, and it sounds awesome! Check out the album Push & Shove, in the making, below on their webisodes. Loving the horns so far, and will definitely pick up the album September 25.

Matisyahu has one of most distint voices in music today. The richness in his vocals along with the passion Matis exuberates through his songs, gives him that one of a kind feature. With his fourth studio album, Spark Seeker, on the way, Matisyahu gives us another song from the albu today. Check out “I Believe In Love”, and look for the album Spark Seeker 7/17.

I still stand by my claim that 2012 will be the best summer for music festivals, ever! To add to the list I have written about and compiled, here’s another fantastic lineup, you’re not going to want to miss. It’s The Bamboozle Festival, in Asbury Park, New Jersey, this May 18-20.

The 3-day festival will be beachfront, with 7 total stages. According to Bamboozle.com, “The Bamboozle Festival is an artist development resource that has launched the careers of so many of today’s top national recording artists and celebrities, while providing incredible entertainment to over 1 million fans over the past 9 years.” Sounds damn impressive to me, just wish I was closer to the east coast… any offers? ha.

First time for me hearing The Very Best, and loving this song “Yoshua Alikuti”. It’s like this sped up reggae beat, with some electronic spurts, and keyboard chords that that create this uplifting tone. Their album MTMTMK will be available July 7.

As if the lineup for Lollapalooza wasn’t good enough, San Francisco’s Outside Lands lineup is absolutely, ridiculously, amazingly, historically, one of the best lineups EVER in the history of man (ok, maybe Woodstock, could top it)!!!
Some many different genres, so many huge names, so many bands that are quickly rising, I feel a panic attack coming on. From Foo Fighters, to Stevie Wonder, to Metallica, to Neil Young, to Beck, to Jack White, to Alabama Shakes, to Fun, to Big Boi… and on and on… This year, Outside Lands will be held August 10-12. Check out the complete lineup below… and get pumped!
