“Knock Knock” is full of energy, and is an all around happy-go-lucky song. Band Of Horses was very fortunate to have Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Glyn Johns, produce the song. The visuals through out this video reminds me of taking a short hike through the Sierras on a day like today. Great video to end your day, watch and enjoy!
As if this week couldn’t get any better, just getting back from High Sierra and all, The Killers (one of my favorite bands), release the first single from the long-awaited album Battle Born. After listening to “Runaways” this morning, it reminded me of the first time I had heard “All These Things That I’ve Done” from their first album Hot Fuss. With such energy and passion, it’s bound to be a hit and will be heard on the radio everywhere in no time. Chills are just the beginning of what I am still feeling after hearing “Runaways”. With the refreshing voice of Brandon Flowers that I always love to blast and sing along with, it’s great to have him and his family (The Killers) back in action for what should be one of the best albums to come in 2012. Enjoy!
There is so much emotion displayed in this video that it’s a must watch. I wasn’t expecting anything like this from reading the title of the video, “Perfect Vision”, but the feeling I got from it was almost overwhelming because two acts, destructiveness and love, are hardly ever shown as a parallel. As you watch these two lovers destroy what seems to be their home, you can also feel their love for one another… this may not make any sense until you watch the video, so press play already and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
