Once in a while you come across a music video that has more element to it than the norm… a band singing and playing along with their song, or an artist having some romantic relationship with another person… but here, in “Little Girl”, you have a story to watch. A short story of a young woman who leaves home and tries to start life on her own, away from mom and dad. Not sure she finds what she is looking for, in an assumption that a biker party and being ruffied wasn’t on her agenda.
I hadn’t hear this song from Spiritualized yet, but will be checking out the rest of the new album, Sweet Heart Sweet Light, asap.
