Austin has been pumping out great musicians for quite a while now, and we have another to add to that list. T. Bird and the Breaks are an amazing group and so well-rounded. I love when I come across a band that knows how to get me up and moving to their music, and it seems like horns and saxophones always give me this vibe.

When I first heard T Bird and the Breaks, I would describe their sound to be a cross of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, James Brown, and Stevie Wonder, with a little crunch it. If you’re headed to SXSW, go check them out. Have a listen to them at the link below, provided by MOKB (My Old Kentucky Blog).
